The KEY to Navigate Turbulent Times:


❈ THE UNIVERSE IS ASKING US TO PRACTICE NON-ATTACHMENT ❈


Especially to our past, our traumas and habitual thought patterns & behaviors.


We are being asked to look at each pattern, moment, situation, and challenge as if it is the first time we have been there, felt like that or faced with that challenge.


From this place we can listen to our intuition and get a much clearer insight into what we need to know.


In these moments asks yourself:


- Does what I am engaging in feel good or like it will benefit my well-being in the long run?

- How would I approach this challenge, disagreement or circumstance, if I didn't let the idea that it will never end, discourage me?

- How would I respond to this emotion if it was the first time I had it? keeping in mind that emotions are like ocean - it ebbs and flows.


When we detach from where the emotion, pattern, challenge etc. has taken us in the past or where we have attached stories to it that kept us in old habit cycles or emotional lows, WE ARE FREE.


The last no longer has a grip on us, our choices will be made from our intuitive knowing and will be for our highest and best rather than old programming.


THIS IS WHERE OLD CYCLES ARE BROKEN AND WHERE THE PRESENT MOMENT IS FOUND.
